Facilities Management is looking to employ an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work within the Building Services Department, the multi-disciplined direct labour organisation who are a service provider to other council departments providing day to day maintenance and refurbishment works to the Council’s vast and varied non-housing property portfolio.

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience including 1 years Post Qualification experience within a relevant construction field, and the equivalent of HNC in Construction or other relevant field. Ideally you will have experience in the preparation of and submission of estimates and tenders, presentation and agreement of Interim and Final Accounts and negotiation of sub-contract orders and accounts.
