You will work with the Senior Maintenance Surveyor and contribute to achieving best-in-class management and delivery of the repairs, maintenance and stock investment contracts for all housing, associated land/buildings and in respect of corporate buildings. You will work with contractor and consultant partners, colleagues and residents to achieve and sustain best-in-class maintenance services with excellent customer satisfaction.
