You will provide consistent monitoring of and seek continuous improvement in the quality of customers’ experiences of the estates, repairs and maintenance services carried out by contractors and consultants on behalf of East Thames Group.

You will work with partners, colleagues and residents across the full range of resident services, to ensure that customer involvement is at the core of the decision making processes in respect of these services.
