Sustainable Environment Services Partnerships Officer

Hours:37 Hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a full time, permanent Partnerships Officer within the Sustainable Environment Services.

The succesful candiate will have a qualification in a subject relevent to environmental sciences or biodiversity and will have experience in partnership working and project funding.

This challenging position will involve managing the existing Don Gorge and Humberhead levels partnerships and promoting and expanding the “Go Green with Doncaster” initiative.The post holder will be expected to forge new partnerships and alliances with external organisations, businesses and the community to advance such issues as climate change and carbon reduction.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are required as well as the ability to work on one’s own initiative and as part of a team, delivering projects to tight deadlines.
