Technical Support Manager

Do you think you have the skills to lead our Technical Support team, dealing with IT issues throughout the authority? This challenging role involves managing requests from simple equipment moves through resolving major service breakdowns at our main offices or remote sites around the district, up to project managing and implementing major infrastructure and systems projects.

You will have current knowledge of supporting an IP network of 20+ servers in a Windows environment, experience of implementing and supporting VMWare virtual environments supported by SAN and fibre channel technology, and a significant understanding of Novell technologies. Evidence of team leadership and management skills is essential.
