Station Duty Officer

As the first point of contact with the public you will deal with all customers both internally and externally and provide a high quality customer focussed service. Duties to include recording initial crime complaints and requests for police assistance.

A good general education especially in English is essential, together with knowledge of IT systems. You will have proven customer service skills and be able to work quickly and accurately, managing your own time.
Practical knowledge of Police systems processes and procedures is desirable.
