Salary:£25,979 per annum (rising to £26,783 after 12 months) 

Hours:36 hours per week (flexible working hours scheme)

We are looking for someone to operate the day to day running of the busy IT helpdesk supporting 160 users over 7 sites at the Commission. You will be the 1st line support for all IT issues and contribute to performance of the helpdesk function through compliance with service level agreements. You will be reporting to and working closely with the Senior IT Officer (Helpdesk).

If you have a good level of experience of IT support work, coupled with MS office and Windows experience, this could be the opportunity for you.
