Area Housing Manager

Salary: £42,603 - £48,819
This is a key senior management position. The driving force behind the Area Housing Team, you’ll take overall responsibility for about 40 staff, delivering a comprehensive range of front-line housing management services.
We’re looking for a dynamic individual committed to empowering staff and residents and to delivering high quality, customer focused services. You will be a flexible, organised and confident manager capable of adapting to the needs of a changing working environment.
You will need substantial experience in the management of social housing and staff and you must recognise the importance of diversity and quality in managing staff and delivering services.
