You will assist the Home Manager to enable individuals to live full,
independent lives. You will possess proven supervisory experience of
people with learning disabilities, the ability to use your own initiative and
work as part of a team. A relevant qualification (NVQ4, City & Guilds in
Care, DIPSWA, RNMH etc) would be useful, but not essential.
