We are currently seeking business transformation professionals to join our nationwide team.

We seek ‘hands on’ managers who lead by example. You will have an excellent track record in transforming services through people and be able to demonstrate you can apply those skills in new areas to rapidly deliver quality and financial performance improvements. We are looking for people from both middle and senior management, gained from either public or private sector experience.

Experience Required:

1. ‘Hands on’ operational management experience for at least 5 years in a service environment.

2. Identified and delivered significant financial, performance and quality improvements in a service environment.

3. Managed successful, high level, customer & other stakeholder relationships.

4. Held budget responsibility of complex service function(s) both financially and in terms of staff numbers.

5. Led, motivated and developed direct reports to achieve stretching targets.

6. Demonstrated personal input into Company wide projects/initiatives.

7. Proven experience of sales & account development activities.

Please note: Northgate Kendric Ash staff often work throughout the UK on different client sites. Candidates should be prepared to spend time away from home on a regular basis.
