Care Workers/ Domestic Staff
We’re looking to add to our teams of permanent, part-time relief care workers and domestic staff based in our care homes for older people in London ( Ealing, Hounslow, Battersea, Bromley, Tooting, South Tottenham and North Kensington), Essex (Ilford), Birmingham and Oxford (Abingdon).
We work using the ‘person centred’ care model, to make sure every one of our residents receives the care and support they need to get the most out of life.
Experience of working in a care setting isn’t essential but you must have a good understanding of the social, emotional and physical needs that older people may have.
An NVQ qualification in care is desirable, but if you don’t currently have one, we offer the opportunity to gain the award to everyone who completes a satisfactory probationary period.
