Children’s Centre Manager
Up to £41,079 p.a. inc. Ref No: 10806

This is an exciting and challenging role, key in the delivery of
improved outcomes for children and families in Neasden.
Our Children’s Centre programme is an exciting partnership involving
a widening range of committed local partners. Together we support
families living in the Neasden area, developing innovative
interventions to secure better outcomes for children.
This is a demanding role in which you will need to forge excellent
relationships with a diverse range of partners.
Supported by the Head of Centre, you will manage this complex
programme on a day-to-day basis. Children’s Centres are critical to
the effective delivery of the Children and Young People’s Plan.
Prevention and early intervention are key approaches in our programme.
The successful applicant must have:

- a professional qualification related to social work, healthcare,
education or childcare/ Post Graduate Degree or equivalent/ NPQICL
experience of co-ordinating and developing services for children and families
- management experience
- experience of supervising staff
- experience of managing budgets effectively.
