Triangle Nursery is a vibrant, multicultural school with 88 children on roll. There are 22 languages represented in the school. The Governors are eager to appoint a Deputy Head to work alongside the Headteacher to build on its “outstanding” OFSTED status and to develop partnership working with families.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy who is able to work closely with the Headteacher and Governors in leading and inspiring a multi agency/multi skilled team. The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate the skills to develop and sustain an environment where children enjoy and achieve and where families are empowered to take an active role in supporting children’s development within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. The school is at an exciting stage of development with a new extension on the way which will enable us to deliver more family programmes and the 15 hour entitlement.

• Managing and supporting all staff and building their capacity
• Building an inclusive, caring learning environment that meets the needs of individuals
