As an Employee Services Team Leader you will be required to provide an integrated recruitment, personnel and payroll service to all non-school employees as well as Members. We require someone with experience of working in a professional capacity within a personnel and payroll environment with a proven track record of developing and implementing personnel/payroll procedures. You will be responsible for supervising a large team and supporting them to achieve targets, whilst also ensuring that performance measures and standards for Employee Services activity is monitored and maintained. You will need an excellent knowledge of Oracle HRMS and must be able to answer complex queries. You will have the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload, whilst maintaining high standards of practice at all times.
This is a demanding role which requires a ‘can-do’ approach, great initiative and the ability to drive forward improvements.
