We are looking for an enthusiastic social worker to join the Hospital Social Work Service. Covering three sites, the service is an exciting environment to work in with much opportunity to enjoy multidisciplinary working. The teams are friendly and supportive, and take pride in tackling the challenges our work presents.
You should have experience in working with adults with a broad range of social and health care needs. You will have well-developed assessment and care management skills, and demonstrate a person centred approach.
You will have the ability to work in a pressured environment and to maintain good working relationships with health colleagues in an acute hospital environment. The successful candidate will be a GSCC registered Social Worker with relevant post qualifying experience in adult social care.
