More about our staff

Tom Jordan, Senior Data and Product Performance Manager

“I’ve had a varied career history from implementing ERP solutions to local government to running a health care start-up through to a complete service redesign for an East London Council. As a result I’ve picked up best practices from a range of areas. Starting at Jobs Go Public as the Senior Data and Product Performance Manager in 2024, I’m excited to share the knowledge I’ve gained working in different roles.”

Dan Flynn, Platform Operations Manager

“I joined Jobs Go Public as a summer admin intern when I was 19. I have been given multiple opportunities to develop my career and follow my passions, from admin and technical support to web development and UX/UI design. I was promoted to Platforms Manager in 2022 and now manage the development of our current ATS platform.”

Jade Smith, Junior Marketing Manager

"I joined the marketing team fresh out of university as a PPC & Marketing Assistant in 2020. Since then I've had the opportunity to really develop my career and skills at Jobs Go Public, from performance marketing to copywriting. Now as Junior Marketing Manager, my role is to create resources that support our clients to attract talent in the public sector and equip job seekers to find their next role with confidence."
