The Council has recently changed political control, and a new cross-party Borough Partnership is in charge. The partnership is made up of Liberal Democrats, Tunbridge Wells Alliance (TWA) and Labour councillors, and the independent councillor for Paddock Wood (East).

The objective of the Borough Partnership is: ‘doing the best for our residents and our borough.’

The Borough Partnership has five key priorities, called Focus on Five.
