Jobs Go Public holds a place on ESPO framework 3A_24 (Advertising Solutions), awarded in December 2024, on three lots:
- Lot 1a: Recruitment Advertising and Related Services
- Lot 3: Campaign Advertising and Related Services
- Lot 7: eRecruitment and Related Systems
In short summary: if you work for a council, NHS trust, school, housing association, charity or any other eligible public body, you can buy our services through ESPO without running a full tender process of your own. ESPO has already done the competitive procurement, assessed our financial standing and track record, and set the terms.

What that means in practice
Procurement rules exist for good reasons, but they can turn a straightforward purchase into a six-month project. The framework removes most of that.

Lot 1a: Recruitment Advertising and Related Services. Job advertising on jobsgopublic.com and our regional portals, employer branding, and everything that goes with getting a public sector vacancy in front of the right people. We've been doing this, and only this, since 1999, without agency fees or commission.
Lot 3: Campaign Advertising and Related Services. Recruitment marketing campaigns for the roles that a standard advert won't fill on its own. Hard-to-fill posts, volume campaigns, new team launches.
Lot 7: eRecruitment and Related Systems. Applicant tracking systems for public sector recruitment. That covers our own ATS, built around the compliance that public sector hiring demands, and the Tribepad talent acquisition platform through our partnership with Tribepad. Two routes to the same outcome; we'll help you work out which fits your organisation.

ESPO frameworks are open to public bodies across the UK, including local authorities, educational establishments, central government departments and agencies, police and fire services, NHS and HSC bodies, registered charities and registered social landlords.
