You’ll be helping people through some of the toughest moments they’ll ever face, whether it’s a life-threatening emergency or a call for guidance, your voice will bring calm, clarity and action when it’s needed the most.

No predictable days, one minute you’re helping report a cow on the road, the next you’re coordinating a response to something critical.

Fast paced career, immediate impact.

  • Answer calls and figure out what’s really going on…fast
  • Use your judgement to solve problems and make quick decisions
  • Support people through intense, emotional and chaotic moments

You don’t need to have done this before, but you do need to be:

  • Calm under pressure
  • A great listener who can pick up on what’s not being said
  • Quick thinking with good judgement
  • Empathetic but stay focused and professional

You’re not just answering calls, you’re making a real impact every shift, building great skills in communication, crisis handling and decision making.

You'll be providing a service 24/7, working on a 4 on, 4 off rota, you'll work 2 x days 07:00 - 19:00, 2 x nights 19:00 - 07:00 then 4 days off. These cover weekends and bank holidays, including Christmas Day.
