Salary: £27,262
Contract Type: Full Time / Fixed Term until November 2027 (extension dependent on continuation of funding)
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting services that improve people's health and employment outcomes? If so, we want you to join our team as an Admin and Compliance Officer within Bromley's NHS-funded Work Well programme.
About the Role
As the Admin and Compliance Officer within Bromley's Work Well employment support team (delivered under the Bromley Works service), you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient administration, compliance, performance monitoring and reporting of the programme.
Working closely with the Work Well Programme Lead, Work & Health Coaches, referral partners and stakeholders, you will support day-to-day service delivery, maintain accurate records, monitor programme performance and ensure contractual and funding requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Directly reporting to, and working closely with, the Work Well Programme Lead, you will:
• Maintain accurate participant records and ensure all programme documentation is complete, compliant and up to date.
• Monitor referrals, participant engagement, outcomes and performance against programme targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support data collection, validation and reporting requirements for funders and stakeholders.
• Coordinate participant onboarding, appointments, workshops and staff diaries as required.
• Ensure compliance with programme guidance, data protection requirements, safeguarding procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare reports, performance updates and administrative documentation to support programme delivery and governance.
• Act as a key point of contact for referral partners, responding to enquiries and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Support continuous service improvement by identifying administration and compliance issues and assisting with the implementation of solutions.
About You
You will be a proactive and organised professional with strong administrative and compliance experience. You will have:
• Experience of working in an administrative, performance, compliance or project support role.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and manage confidential information.
• Experience of monitoring performance data, producing reports and supporting contract compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, databases and case management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
• An understanding of data protection, information governance and safeguarding principles.
• Experience within employment support, health, public sector or commissioned services would be desirable.
