Salary: NJC 3-4 £18,064 - £18,355 (Actual Salary) £24.027 - £24,404 (FTE) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: 32.5 per week, 39 weeks per year

Feversham Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated, organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our busy and friendly office team.
About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our school office. Duties will include:
- Providing a welcoming first point of contact for parents, students and visitors
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting attendance, admissions and pupil records
- General clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- Assisting with communications and school events
We are looking for someone who:
- Is organised, efficient and able to work under pressure
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident using IT systems (SIMS/Arbor/Google Suite experience desirable but not essential)
- Works well as part of a team and independently
- Is committed to the values and ethos of Feversham School
- Is fluent in English language; speaking and written skills, and it would also be advantageous if more than one language is spoken to support our diverse school community.
