Your new role
We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Admin Assistant who will be a core component of the administrative team, providing effective and efficient administrative support which is essential for the smooth running of the school. The role is responsible for managing communications with stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and providing reception support, Additionally, you may support other staff, including the School Operations Manager, in specific school projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be professional and appreciate that in a school each day and week will vary so we really need you to have a flexible approach. You will have experience of working in a customer-facing role in an office environment. You will have good IT skills, administrative skills and knowledge and use of general office equipment.
