About Jigsaw
Jigsaw is a dedicated Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) for primary-aged children who face social, emotional, and behavioural challenges that impact their learning. We provide a supportive, nurturing environment where pupils develop essential skills and strategies to overcome barriers and make progress towards reintegration into mainstream education. Jigsaw supports up to 27 pupils in three classes.

About the Role
Jigsaw is seeking a reliable and flexible Administration Clerk to provide vital clerical, administrative, and financial support under the guidance of senior staff. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working as part of a small, dedicated team and values supporting colleagues to ensure smooth school operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the school office
- Assist with financial record-keeping and basic financial administration tasks
- Support day-to-day running of the school’s administrative systems
- Work collaboratively with staff, appreciating and supporting the roles of others within the team
- Manage correspondence, filing, and data input efficiently and accurately
- Help organise school events and communications as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles, ideally within an educational setting is desirable
- Basic financial administration skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

- A caring and patient approach, understanding the unique needs of a Pupil Referral Unit and a willingness to play a flexible role in Jigsaw
