Data and Administration Officer Grade 4 AAAD7098
The Governing Body of Winnington Park Primary School and Nursery are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled Data and Administration Officer to join our committed, professional and hardworking team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the school continue to run efficiently and smoothly.
Candidates will be able to manage the diverse demands of a busy school office and work as part of both the office and whole school teams. They should be able to demonstrate a willingness to support the warm, caring and inclusive ethos of the school. Experience of working within a primary school office is preferable.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, conscientious, organised, flexible and enthusiastic with an attention to detail. They will be able to act on their own initiative and with discretion. A competency in spelling, grammar and mental arithmetic is essential along with good time management and the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the telephone and through email.
The hours of employment are 3 days a week from 8.15am to 3.45pm, in term time only.

Salary range
- £23,893 - £25,979 per year
