Holy Cross Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and creative Administration Assistant to join our friendly and committed team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional development is encouraged, and every child is valued.
We are looking for someone who:

We are looking for someone to be our first point of contact in our school office. Duties will be varied and candidates will be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of our children. The person appointed would be responsible for telephone and reception duties, word-processing and filing as well as some cash handling and maintaining other computer systems. The person must be able to use their initiative and have excellent time management. They must be able to pay attention to detail and provide accurate reports through the use of the school’s data collection systems. Previous experience of a busy school office and experience of SIMS are essential.
Good communication skills are essential as is the ability to work as part of a team, be discreet and able to maintain full confidentiality.
