Salary: £25,191 - £25,590 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) (Pay award pending)

About the Role
Our Business Services Team are a positive, forward-thinking team with a strong focus on delivering efficiency and customer service. We provide a high-quality customer focused business support service which is responsive to internal and external customer needs.
We have 3 Teams within the wider Business Services Team; The Support Services team, the Secretariat and the Information and Complaints Team and whilst this post will be primarily based in the Support Services Team, you will be expected to work flexibly across the wider team of Corporate Resources Business Services when needed to.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a good level of organisation.
You will be responsible for a range of day-to-day administrative tasks that support the effective delivery of Business Support Services and Corporate Resources as a whole. This includes accurate and efficient data entry, relating to the creation of ID cards, parking permits, print cards and other related materials. In addition, you will maintain the Council’s sports booking system, ensuring bookings are managed effectively and customer invoicing is completed accurately and on time.
About You
To apply for this post, you must be able to demonstrate:
- 5 GCSE's (grades 4-9 or equivalent) including English and Maths
- An excellent level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
- Able to work on own initiative
- Clear attention to detail with adherence to procedures and GDPR
- Willingness to learn and provide challenge where required
