Job Description

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide general administrative/financial support across Family Hubs services. The successful candidate will provide a high quality, positive customer experience, as the first point of contact for families and partners to Family Hubs and Outreach Hubs. You will undertake reception duties, answering general telephone and face to face enquiries and signing in visitors as part of safeguarding arrangements. One of the responsibilities include assistance with the welfare of children by providing effective liaison, as necessary with parents/staff as required. You will make arrangements for events, partner bookings and the parent carer panels for example. This role involves notes taking, distribution of mail and other administrative tasks as required. You will work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles & responsibilities and your own position within these.

About You

Candidates should have good numeracy/literacy skills, ability to use of relevant office equipment, good computer skills, ability to relate to children and adults.
General clerical/administrative/financial work would be beneficial.
Ability to identify own training & development needs.
