We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant within the Children’s Social Care team, on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

About you...
Administration Assistants are the first point of contact between the public and Children’s Social Care.
As an Administration Assistant you will provide administrative support in our busy multi-agency Safeguarding Team within Children’s Social Care.
You will have excellent word processing skills and the ability to input data accurately to tight deadlines. In addition, you will also have excellent general administrative, telephone and message recording skills.
A conscientious and reliable team player, you will also be flexible and adaptable to meet varying demands of the service.
The position is full-time, working 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday. In line with the council’s agile working policy, the role offers a 50/50 split between office-based and remote working.
