Salary: Grade 1/2, spinal points 2-5

Hours: Part-time post -35 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (8am-4pm)

Salary: Pro rata salary of £24,784 - £25,851 p.a. (FTE £28,221 - £29,436 p.a.)

Contract: Permanent

What are we looking for?

We are looking to appoint an able individual as an Administration Assistant. The post holder will provide efficient and professional support in the main school office.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and all telephone enquiries. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the day to day school administration, as well as undertaking general admin tasks under the guidance of the school’s office manager. The role requires someone who is a confident administrator, has energy, enthusiasm, a calm manner, the ability to prioritise and a flexible working approach.

They will be approachable, have sound people skills, strong written and verbal communication together with a 'can do' attitude. Experience of using Google and interactive online programmes is useful.
