    This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated school team. Governors are looking to appoint an organised, detail orientated, calm and professional Administrative Assistant to work in our busy office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional development is encouraged, and every child is valued.

    The role will involve being front facing, engaging with families and staff; managing communications; organising diaries and events and handling lots of varied information. The individual should be competent at following through tasks to completion and finding time-saving strategies to support continual improvement. They should be able to prioritise and manage to work within an environment with numerous demands on time and attention.

    The candidate must have excellent communication skills and take a proactive approach to facilitating the smooth running of the school office. Excellent IT skills are vital and experience working in a similar field would be beneficial. Please state on your application if you have worked with MIS such as Bromcom or any FIS systems.

    At certain times of the year there may be an opportunity to work additional hours and we would welcome someone who is enthusiastic to embrace this opportunity and work as part of our team.

    10 hours per week, term time only - Tuesday (1.00pm 4.00pm) and Friday (8.30am 4.00pm)
