We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant Fleet Maintenance at Caerphilly County Borough Council.

Team: Fleet and Vehicle Maintenance

Fleet Maintenance department is looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant on a permanent basis to undertake administrative duties in accordance with Caerphilly County Borough fleet maintenance operating procedures.
Caerphilly Council operates a large diverse fleet across many departments and services. We pride ourselves on reliability and safety. We are looking for an organized and proactive Fleet Maintenance Administrator Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely general administrative support.
- Effectively manage information, data and systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes.
- Assist in the organisation and management of the administrative function(s).
- Provide the relevant level of administrative support.
- Adapt to the needs of an individual service group, as demand requires.
For the role, we ask that you have:
- Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualification Framework for Wales. For example Level 3 NVQ 3 or BTEC National or ONC.
- Evidence of understanding / experience of working with Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Knowledge and understanding of databases.
- Evidence of general administrative experience.
