
Administrative Assistant
We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Tir-y-Berth
Team: Waste Strategy and Operations
This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organisation.
We pay an attractive salary of £26,403- £28,142 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
As an administrative assistant, you will provide effective and timely administrative support to the Waste Management department, including taking minutes at meetings where required and assisting with keeping of leave records and staff rotas.
In this role, you will also provide admin support to front line supervisors as well as liaise with members of the public to resolve issues raised.
For the role, we ask that you have:
- A Level 3 qualification
- Evidence of working with Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- General administrative experience.
