Job description
What You’ll Be Doing
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications via email or post, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
- Support the preparation of reports, statistics, printing and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule and coordinate internal external events, liaising with providers and overseeing all aspects of the event

What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
