Hours: 18.5 hrs per week worked evenly across 4 week days (Flexibility is required during busy periods to meet service demands.)
Grade: Grade 3 (£26,403-£27,254 – Pro rata)

We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced admin assistant who has extensive knowledge of managing and following complex processes. Come and join our community partnerships team where you will work in the Lifeline Service to oversee the general administration duties including handling customer enquires via telephone and email. You will be reposnsible for processing of invoices, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy, liaising with clients who may have queries over their service costs, and carrying out purchasing and arranging payments through the councils finance system.
Harborough Lifeline is a small team, providing a trusted local 24-hour digital telecare service supporting anyone who may feel vulnerable regardless of age or circumstance anywhere within the home environment. This post is a new role to help with the growing demand for the service. Along with general admin duties, the successful candidate will act as first point of contact for potential new clients, support with the marketing and promotion of the service. You will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing information is up to date and stock is ordered.
You will need to have excellent admin experience and skills; maintaining accurate records and have an eye for detail. From time to time, you may be required to support the team with installation of lifeine units in peoples home (where training will be given), so access to a car is needed.
