Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Stifford Family Hub
Salary: £26,556 - £28,764 per annum
Grade B
Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Full-Time 37 Hours per Week
About the Role
Family Hubs offer a variety of sessions for families to attend. Working alongside Prevention And Support Service, Midwifery, Health and Speech and Language.
Working as an Administrative Assistant you are Front of House receiving families and visitors in a warm friendly manner. Providing information, advice and guidance to families, undertaking a variety of admin duties and providing statistics/reports/monitoring data. While working as part of a team to support the smooth running of the service.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in clerical duties is essential and of working with Families.
- Ability to use computer-based systems including Microsoft Office and Management Information Systems.
- Effectively support all Family Hub staff to secure service excellence and work in a helpful and courteous manner
- To be organised, an effective communicator and work as part of a Team
- Demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and the ability to be responsive to the day to day needs of the service
- Experience in clerical duties essential and of working with Families
- Ability to use a variety of computer packages
- Valid UK driver's licence and use of a car
DBS Check: Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at Basic Level is required
