Holly Spring Primary School is a large, well-resourced school in the Bullbrook area of Bracknell. Our three-form entry school has extensive grounds, a forest learning environment, sensory garden and large spacious classrooms. We are a welcoming and caring community of staff with the desire to make a difference for our pupils.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding candidate to join our school office team, from June 2026. The post is for our front of house receptionist/administrator and is term time only, 8am until 12pm Monday to Friday, with the occasional inset day and holiday hours, by mutual agreement.

The applicant will need to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, together with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to multitask whilst working under pressure with ever changing priorities is a necessity and a background in an educational setting would be an advantage, but not essential.

You will need to have good and accurate literacy, numeracy and administrative skills and the ability to analyse information to solve general queries. You’ll also need good keyboard skills and be able to use a variety of ICT software packages. As you’ll be managing a variety of relationships with different stakeholders, it’s important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative. Good planning and organising skills are key for this role, and you should be used to working under pressure to meet deadlines allowing flexibility and resilience. You will be committed to working as part of a team and your values will align with the Holly Spring IMAGINE values and 'Cultural Fit'.

Training and support will be provided by the existing team of friendly and mutually supportive colleagues.
