Join Caerphilly Homes as an Administrative Officer and help deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused Community Housing Service. In this position, you will provide essential back-office administrative support functions while also helping to deliver accurate advice, information, and assistance to our customers. You must be an excellent communicator, have strong organisational skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will work with colleagues to ensure services run smoothly and in compliance with our current processes and procedures, while meeting the highest standards of customer service.

For the role, we ask that you have:

  • A relevant Level 2 qualification
  • A good standard of practical knowledge of administrative duties.
  • Experience of providing administrative support, including data entry and file management.
