This is much more than an office-based role.

We are proud Curiosity Approach accredited settings, and we want every member of our team to contribute to an environment where children feel safe, secure, valued and deeply curious about the world around them.
🌱 Is this you?
You might be exactly who we are looking for if you:
- 💚 Are organised, reliable and able to manage a busy workload
- 📋 Take pride in getting things right and have excellent attention to detail
- 💻 Are confident using ICT and everyday office systems
- 📞 Are friendly, professional and confident communicating with parents, visitors and colleagues
- 😊 Enjoy working with both children and adults
- 🔐 Understand the importance of confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection
- 💷 Are comfortable undertaking routine financial and administrative tasks
- 🤝 Work well as part of a team and are happy to support colleagues when needed
- 💡 Use your own initiative and can identify what needs doing
- 🌿 Are willing to learn, develop and take on new challenges
- ❤️ Want to work somewhere where you can make a genuine difference to the everyday experience of children and families
If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Someone who will greet a nervous parent with a smile.
Who will make sure a visitor knows where they need to go.
Who will calmly deal with a busy telephone, an unexpected question and a child who needs a little extra help — sometimes all at the same time!
Someone who takes pride in keeping things organised behind the scenes, knowing that accurate records, well-managed information and efficient administration allow our staff to focus on what matters most — our children.
And someone who wants to become a valued member of our federation team.
✨ Why Join Us?
When you join our federation, you become part of a team that is passionate about giving children an exceptional start.
We offer:
✨ Wonderful children who will inspire you every day
✨ A warm, welcoming and supportive staff team
