About the role

Role Summary

An essential member of the Contracts and Compliance Team, acting as a point of contact for assisting the Contracts and Compliance Team with general administration.

Salary:

£28,958 per annum pro rata (£17,158 for 21 hours)

Hours of Work:

21 (Flexibility within core business hours)

"I have worked for TCH since 2016 and have had various roles in that time, I have been employed as our Repairs and Maintenance Manager since November 2022. I am responsible for a team of surveyors as well our damp and mould and disrepair teams. I also work very closely with our Direct Labour Organisation, TCH Repairs. In my spare time I enjoy playing squash, going to the gym as well as weekends spent fishing."

What will you be doing?

Role Specific Responsibilities

•Be the first point of contact and escalation for queries for the team.
•To ensure customer contact is achieved within set timescales, including taking telephone calls and responding to e-mails/letters.
•To deliver excellent customer service in all interactions with the customer.
•Deal with day-to-day repair enquiries received from the TCH help desk.
•Dealing with Contractors to ensure a timely resolution for any issues.
•General administrative support for the Maintenance Surveyors and Repairs and Maintenance Manager.
•Provide administration back up for the Contracts and Compliance Team.
•Assist with the management of external contractors on behalf of the Contracts & Compliance Team, ensuring all works are organised, monitored, and completed in line with agreed standards. Provide general support across other contractors as directed by the line manager.
•Provide administrative support to surveyors, assisting with the management of permission requests, inspections, and enquiries received through the CRM system & email.
•Support the wider team with managing shared inboxes, responding to resident queries, and maintaining accurate records within the company systems
•Assist with the coordination and management of repair works, including those relating to decants and temporary accommodation.
•To assist with data for on-going audits.
•To liaise with other departments, staff and outside agencies as appropriate.
•To focus on continuous improvement using customer feedback and to assist with moving towards digital working.
•To process letters and provide standard written responses in line with the requirements of the Contracts & Compliance Team.
