Voids Administrator – Help Us Deliver a Smooth, High‑Quality Empty Homes Service

Are you organised, proactive and passionate about delivering excellent customer experience? As a Voids Administrator at Connect Property Services (CPS), you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Empty Homes team to ensure void properties are processed efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll provide essential administrative support, help keep systems up to date and communicate professionally with colleagues, contractors and customers.

This is a role where your attention to detail, communication skills and commitment to great service are valued every day. You’ll support the smooth running of the Empty Homes function and help ensure our customers receive a positive experience whenever a home becomes available.

What you’ll do

  • Provide administrative support to the Empty Homes team
  • Handle telephone enquiries and respond professionally to customers and colleagues
  • Maintain filing systems and digital records to ensure accurate information is stored and accessible
  • Carry out data entry, update system trackers and support mail merges and correspondence
  • Take meeting minutes and circulate information clearly and accurately
  • Support the ordering of goods and services as required
  • Assist with processing void specifications and monitoring completion of void works
  • Work flexibly to support ad‑hoc administrative tasks when required

What you’ll need

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent time‑management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
  • Good IT and numeracy skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, problem‑solve and manage a varied workload
  • Previous administrative experience is helpful but not essential
