We are looking for an enthusiastic and aspirational administrator on fixed term contract for three days a week to make an effective contribution to our service.

About you…

To be successful you will need to have:

  • Proficiency in M365
  • Experience of electronic filing systems
  • Data entry skills
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels
  • Minute taking skills
  • Methodical and organised

About the role…

As part of the SEND, Inclusion & Learning Service, the role will contribute to the work of the Inclusion team on administrative and related duties. This varied role will support all aspects of the service from minuting panel meetings, organising rooms and communication around training and supporting the administration of statutory documents such as letters for penalty notices.
