• Support performance reporting and programme evaluation
• Communicate insights via reports, dashboards, blogs & more
• Collaborate across teams to drive smarter decision-making

What we're looking for

📚 A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Human Geography, Public Policy)
📊 Skills in Excel, Power BI, SPSS (or similar)
🗺️ Bonus if you know GIS (e.g. QGIS, ArcGIS)
🧠 Sharp analytical thinking and a capability for communicating findings clearly
🤝 A team player with a can-do mindset and integrity
