Job description
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team in a varied operational role. You will require strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and insights, and produce clear, accurate reports to support operational performance and informed decision-making. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, you will help deliver a high-quality service by supporting customers and stakeholders, providing advice and guidance, and ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with relevant policies and procedures. You will also have opportunities to support and guide colleagues, contribute to continuous improvement activities, and help the team adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interrogate, interpret and present complex data, identify trends and patterns, and translate findings into clear reports to support operational performance and decision-making

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer focus and the ability to handle telephone and email enquiries professionally and confidently

Preparing for the interview
During the interview you will be assessed based on:

The interview
The interview will follow a blended approach and will last approximately 45 minutes.
