Apprentice in Fleet Support
Are you looking to start your career in administration or fleet management? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Fleet Team as an Apprentice in Fleet Support, where you’ll gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
As a Apprentice in Fleet Support, you’ll support the day to day operation of the Fleet Team, helping ensure our vehicles, systems, and processes run smoothly. You’ll develop a wide range of business and administrative skills while contributing to essential fleet activities.
What will you be doing?
You will learn to and be supported in:
• Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries
• Raising purchase orders and assisting with procurement tasks
• Processing invoices and carrying out associated financial administration
• Inputting compliance data accurately into internal systems
• Maintaining records and supporting the compilation of fleet information
• Providing general administrative assistance to the wider Fleet Team
About you
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who is:
• Organised and keen to learn
• Interested in administration, compliance, or fleet operations
• Confident using computers and willing to develop new skills
• Good at communicating with colleagues and external partners
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
No prior fleet experience is needed — full training and support will be provided
