L&Q are offering an exciting opportunityfor an aspiring IT professional to join our organisation as a NetworkEngineer Apprentice. You will complete the Level 4 Network EngineerApprenticeship alongside combining hands-on experience with structuredtraining.You will workalongside experienced Network and Security Engineers to learn how enterprisenetworks are built, secured, and maintained. This apprenticeship is ideal forsomeone with a strong interest in IT and networking who is ready to developtechnical and professional skills in a supportive environment

Your impact in the role:
- Contribute to business performance and customer service delivery whilst operating in line with L&Q’s values.
- Develop and maintain networking infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, reliability and integrity in line with Service Level Agreements set by management
- Work collaboratively with product teams, business development and support teams within IT, to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner
- Keep up to date with developments in new technologies and where it can be of use to L&Q, working with partners to commission Proofs of Concepts to demonstrate business value.
What you'll bring:
- A strong interest in IT and networking.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Communication and teamwork abilities.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- An A Level in ICT, or
- An IB at Level 3 in ICT, or
- A BTEC Diploma in IT
