What You’ll Be Doing.

You will carry out plastering and tiling tasks on a variety of maintenance projects, including responsive repairs, void management, and planned works. Using modern reporting systems, you’ll keep track of your work and ensure van stock is well maintained. Flexibility is key, as you may be asked to assist with other maintenance duties.

Throughout, you’ll maintain a strong customer focus, ensuring positive interactions with tenants and the public.
You’ll Fit Right In If… You’re committed to high standards, eager to learn new skills, and comfortable working in tenanted properties and pass a basic DBS check.
