Assistant Fire Remediation Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Fire Remediation Manager to join our Fire Remediation Team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our buildings are compliant with the Building Safety Act 2022 and that our residents feel safe and supported. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage works arising from PAS9980 assessments, supporting the delivery of fire safety remediation across our portfolio. You’ll manage communications, respond to queries, and maintain accurate data across systems and databases. You’ll liaise with contractors, residents, and internal teams to arrange access, process invoices, and ensure works are delivered efficiently and sensitively. You’ll also contribute to section 20 consultations, investigate complaints, and represent the department at site meetings. Your role will be key in ensuring compliance, improving service delivery, and maintaining trust with our customers. You will be required to attend the office 2 days a week.
What you’ll need
- Experience in housing or fire safety, with a good understanding of the regulatory environment and lease agreements.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SharePoint; familiarity with Ipos invoice processing is desirable.
