About the role:
As the Assistant Principal for Behaviour, Culture and Ethos, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for promoting and maintaining high standards of behaviour and overall student wellbeing. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our school culture, supporting students in developing positive behaviours, and working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to implement our vision of a respectful and inclusive school environment.
We are looking for an excellent leader; someone who has an aptitude for dealing with students and teachers in a professional manner, modelling behaviours for their team and all staff and students. The successful candidate will be part of a wider team which will further develop the culture and ethos of the school.
Salary range L11 to L15 on the Leadership Pay Spine
Accountable to the Principal
The exact role will be negotiated depending on the candidate’s skill set

Be an excellent classroom practitioner with strong credibility in teaching and learning.
Be deeply committed to outstanding learning and to the transformational power of education.
To undertake such other tasks and duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Principal.
