We are recruiting to Assistant Team Manager posts for our Children with Complex Needs Team. The service was rated Good in our recent Ilacs so you will be building on a solid base of good practice with a passionate and committed staff group.
As an Assistant Team Manager, you will have direct responsibility for a small number of children whilst playing a vital role in supporting the Team Manager in the day-to-day management of a team of Social Workers and other professionals in the delivery of statutory and legislative duties and requirements. You will be critical in ensuring the key performance targets as they apply to the team, the service and the Council are met.

We offer competitive salaries between SCP 36-39 £47,181 - £50,269.

We are seeking individuals who have extensive, relevant experience of working with children, young people, and families, using direct work skills and observation to gain the voice and experiences of children and young people. Candidates will be committed to working transparently in partnership with children, young people and families, and partner agencies in a strength-based way.
