Best Start Family Hubs - Transformation Manager

Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children and families, with extensive experience delivering early support services?
We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, collaborative leader to join us as our Best Start Family Hubs Transformation Manager, leading the next phase of Hartlepool's Best Start Family Hub development.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how families access support across the borough. Working with colleagues, communities, parents and carers, you'll lead the design and delivery of our Family Hub transformation programme, ensuring it reflects local needs and delivers real impact. You'll oversee programme planning, performance, workforce development and partnership working, helping create services that support families early and effectively.
We're looking for someone with experience of leading change, delivering comprehensive early intervention, building strong partnerships and delivering successful projects, ideally within children's services, early help or family support.
You'll have the opportunity to make a lasting difference to families across Hartlepool while working as part of an ambitious, supportive and committed team.
